Utrecht (Netherlands) and Schöppingen (Germany), August 1, 2024 – Webwinkel Vakdagen (WWV), organizer of the largest e-commerce trade fair in the Netherlands, and Shopware, the leading open commerce platform, have announced a comprehensive event partnership. Central to this agreement is a two-year commitment from both parties to support each other's respective events—the Webwinkel Vakdagen and the Shopware Community Day (SCD) in 2025 and 2026.
Through the partnership, the two organizers have agreed to exhibit at each other’s events over the next two years and support them with extensive marketing efforts. The goal is to create synergies and benefit from their overlapping target audiences.
With more than 13,000 visitors, 250 exhibitors, and over 200 presentations in various formats, the Webwinkel Vakdagen in Utrecht is the most important e-commerce event in the Netherlands. Meanwhile, the two-day Shopware Community Day, featuring over 1,600 merchants, developers, and e-commerce enthusiasts, along with exceptional speaking lineups, is also one of the industry’s most notable events.
