How do I install Shopware Analytics?
Shopware Analytics is easily accessible as an extension from the Shopware Store. Once installed, it appears as a new 'Analytics' section at the top of your admin navigation.
We are actively working on fully integrating Shopware Analytics into the admin interface, eliminating the need for a separate extension in the future.
How do I give consent to process my data?
When you first open Shopware Analytics, you will be prompted to give consent for data processing. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the necessary consent.
What is Shopware doing with the collected data?
Shopware strictly adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is secure with us and will never be shared with third parties. We do not capture sensitive information like passwords, nor do we currently collect personal data. If personal data collection becomes beneficial in the future, all such data will be anonymized to protect the privacy of your employees, customers, and yourself. Which plan and Shopware version do you need to access Shopware Analytics?
Shopware Analytics is available on all Shopware 6 plans starting from the Community Edition. Currently, it is only available for self-hosted versions but we’re already working to include SaaS and PaaS in the future. Analytics requires Shopware version 6.5.7 or higher.
When will more KPIs be added to the dashboard?
We are actively developing additional KPIs to be added soon. Please see our product roadmap for the latest updates. Changelog of the application will mention them as soon as they are added. You can also access more information on the new KPIs here in the documentation.
